Dream in Darkness~June Challenge with Rubber Dance Stamps!

Hi There!

Today starts a new month and new challenge over on Dream in Darkness! This month we have a fabulous sponsor, Bibi of Rubber Dance Stamps!!

Bibi is so kind and generous, she sent some rubber stamps for the creative team to play with, thank you Bibi! The winner of our challenge will also get to pick some rubber, too!

I made an ATC for my project. I received the curly background, human form from the

The snarky sentiment is from the Sarcastic Superpower sheet

I made the background with paperclay and pressed the ATC curly background stamp into it. Topped it off with some DecoArt supplies including black gesso, antiquing cream, crackle glaze and fluid acrylics. I attached the sentiment with matte medium. The crown and human form are stamped onto paint chips and fussy cut.

Let me know if you have any questions!

Hope to you play at Dream in Darkness!
There is a treat at Dream in Darkness for you from Bibi!

No pranks, April 1st New Challenge at Dream in Darkness with SLS Lines!

Hey there,

This April day brings the start of many new challenges and I'm sure a buncha fun pranks too! Though I don't have any April Fool's  Day play, I do have my creation for the new challenge starting at Dream in Darkness.

As many of you know, at Dream in Darkness is our challenge blog and we love to see any creation you care to make and share. Dark and Moody, Weird or Odd, Quirky or Macabre, those projects that just don't quite fit into mainstream blogs or challenges, we love for your to share and play along in our challenge.

This month we are sponsored by SLS Lines digital stamps. They offer a great variety well suited for any creative soul.

I was given the fabulous Sugar Skull with Heart Eyes to play with this month.

You can click each photo to see it a bit larger.

I printed out the digi on Neenah cardstock with an inkjet printer. I used Derwent Inktense pencils and Sharpie markers for the colors on the skull.

The background substrate is a damaged CD covered with layers of DecoArt goodness.
My DecoArt Media Ingredients:
DecoArt Gesso
DecoArt Matte Medium
Media Misters
DecoArt Crackle paste
