EyeFly~Meep!~MailArt Postcard

Hi!

Today once again I am cross posting my project on my moodier blog from my moodier challenge blog, Dream in Darkness. It is my project made for the Smeared Ink 31 Days of Halloween spectacular!

This is a mixed media postcard, just about 4 by 6 inches. I layered it up with some DecoArt Media Misters and acrylic paints. The stamps used are Unity Chicken Wire, Splats by Visible Image and the super cool eye fly creature by Viva Las Vegas Stamps.  The dots and eyeflies are heat embossed to make them really POP with my favorite shine and texture.

Crazy Bat Art Tag

Over on our weirdly odd and dark Challenge Blog, Dream in Darkness, all four of us have stepped up to the Smeared Ink annual event, 31 Days of Halloween 2015! We are playing as Wicked Bloggers and our part of the challenge is to post a new project each day during October!

To feed the frenzy and share the celebration, I am cross posting my projects here and more on my Tangled Blue Rose blog! Hope you enjoy the trip each day along the Smeared Ink blog hop, it is amazing. The blog roll can be found at Dream in Darkness and on Smeared Ink's blog, too.

This is my tag. It is colored with Distress Inks. The wicked Bat is a stamp by Stampendous, the fence is Viva Las Vegas Stamps, Spooky is Hampton Arts and the dead tree is Visible Image. I heat embossed the bat, sentiment and fence with Ranger Super Fine EP, black.

SmudgeFest 2015~Day 1~Right on Target

Today is Day 1 of Smeared Ink's SmudgeFest 2015! It is a week long challenge, each day there is a creative prompt and we are given until midnight of that day to create a project following the theme and using a rubber or digi stamp.

I am going to do my best to play each day, let's see if Fate will permit it this week :)
